Delete your FinBill account
You can delete your account from the app at any time, or ask us to do it for you.
In the app
- Open FinBill and go to More.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Tap Send OTP and enter the code we send to your registered mobile.
Without the app
Message us on WhatsApp at +91 70008 47543 from your registered mobile number and ask us to delete your account. We confirm it is you before deleting anything.
What happens next
- Your account stops working right away and you are signed out on every phone.
- For 7 days you can change your mind: sign in with OTP and choose Restore account.
- After 7 days we erase your account. Businesses where you are the only member are erased with all their bills, parties, items and reports.
- Businesses you share with others stay with their other members. If you are the only owner, make someone else owner first.
- Copies in our server backups are cleared within 30 days.
