Terms of Service
Effective date: 1 November 2026 · Contact: support@finbill.in
By creating an account or using FinBill you agree to these terms.
The service
FinBill helps you make bills, keep stock and accounts, and prepare GST figures. It works offline on your phone and syncs to our servers when you are online.
Your account
- Keep your phone, SIM and app PIN secure, and never share a sign-in code. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
- People you add to your company can see and change data according to the role you give them. Remove access when someone leaves.
- Give true information. Do not use FinBill for anything illegal, including fake invoices or tax evasion.
Your data
- Your business data belongs to you. We only use it to provide the service (see the Privacy Policy).
- Export a backup regularly. We take care to keep your data safe, but no system is perfect.
GST and accounting figures
FinBill calculates tax, returns and reports from what you enter. Check them with your accountant or CA before filing. You are responsible for your filings, invoices and e-way bills; we are not liable for penalties caused by wrong entries or by filing without review.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. The app keeps working offline and syncs later.
Fees
The current plan is shown in the app. If paid plans are introduced, we will tell you the price before you are charged.
Ending use
You can stop using FinBill and delete your account any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the law.
Liability
FinBill is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the city of our registered office have jurisdiction.
Changes
We will show a notice in the app before important changes take effect.
